By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Smart Clip (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Smart Clip, or between 13–17 with parental consent and supervision.

Smart Clip is an AI-powered writing assistant offering grammar checking, translation across 40+ languages, smart response suggestions, and text enhancement on iOS, Android, macOS, and as a browser extension.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate. Review all suggestions before relying on them.

By using Smart Clip, you agree to: use the Service lawfully, provide accurate information, not interfere with the Service, not use it to harm others, review AI output independently, and maintain your account security.

Smart Clip employs AI technologies to provide grammar corrections, translations, and suggestions. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You must independently verify AI-generated content before relying on it for professional, legal, medical, or financial purposes. Smart Clip expressly disclaims liability for errors in AI-generated content.

All content, features, functionality, branding, and technology comprising Smart Clip are owned by Smart Clip or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written permission.

You retain full ownership of all text you submit to Smart Clip. We process your User Content solely to provide the Service and do not store, retain, or use it to train AI models after processing is complete.

Smart Clip offers a free tier and a Pro subscription billed monthly or annually via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our website. Prices are displayed in the app. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law or our refund policy. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your platform account settings.

For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google per their respective policies. For direct purchases through our website, contact info@clutchdeveloper.com within 14 days of purchase.

You may not use Smart Clip to: violate applicable law; transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; infringe intellectual property rights; engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; or use automated tools to access the Service in an unauthorized manner.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Clip and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or €100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Clip from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
